本品中的植物蛋白胨相当于动物蛋白胨。推荐用于乳酸菌的分离和培养。
制备说明
Suspend 47.2 g in 1000 ml distilled water containing 1 ml polysorbate 80 (TWEEN® 80; Sigma P8074). Boil to dissolve the medium completely and mix thoroughly. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. If necessary adjust the pH with glacial acetic acid after sterilization.
