Secretes small amounts of an IgM monoclonal antibody of unknown specificity. It has been used for commercial production of human interferon. The cells contain the EBV genome and should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37℃. A maximum density of 2x1,000,000 cells/ml is possible.
