Mouse BALB/c lymphoid macrophage
细胞系描述
Adapted to culture from a spontaneous BALB/c mouse lymphoid tumour. Thought to be of B lymphocyte origin. Resistant to dextran sulphate. Produces isoenzyme and is capable of antibody-dependent lysis of sheep erythrocytes and tumour targets.
培养基
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
传代培养常规
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37℃. Detach cells by aspirating or gentle shaking.
