T-cell leukemia homeobox 2 (TLX2) is a transcription factor involved in mouse enteric nervous system development. It functions as a transcriptional target of PHOX2B in neural crest-derived cells. PHOX2B-TLX2 promoter interactions have been implicated in neuronal differentiation during human embryogenesis. Loss-of-function mutation in TLX2 has been implicated in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).
Rabbit Anti-TLX2 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, and zebrafish TLX2.
