产品说明

免疫原

Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of mouse SNAP25

应用

Anti-SNAP25 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 1 μg/ml.

生化/生理作用

SNAP25 is a presynaptic plasma membrane protein and component of the SNARE complex that mediates vesicle exocytosis. The SNARE complex is made up of synaptobrevin at vesicle membrane and SNAP25 and syntaxin at the plasma membrane. SNAP25 plays important role in endocytosis and couples exocytosis and slow clathrin-dependent endocytosis at synapse. Allelic variations in SNAP25 gene and reduced expression of the transcript in prefrontal cortex are associated with risk to Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

序列

Synthetic peptide located within the following region: IGNLRHMALDMGNEIDTQNRQIDRIMEKADSNKTRIDEANQRATKMLGSG

外形

Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
