产品说明

一般描述

LIMD1 codes for LIM domains containing 1 and is known to function as a tumor suppressor. It associates with pRB and inhibits transcription mediated by E2F.
Rabbit Anti-LIMD1 antibody recognizes canine, human, mouse, and rat LIMD1.

免疫原

Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human LIMD1

应用

Rabbit Anti-LIMD1 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 1μg/ml.

生化/生理作用

LIMD1 may be involved in cell anchoring via focal adhesions and in the cell cycle, particularly during mitosis. LIMD1 functionally interacts with pRB and the loss of which promotes lung carcinogenesis. Some breast tumors also have altered expression of LIMD1 RNA. LIMD1 may represent a critical tumor suppressor gene.

序列

Synthetic peptide located within the following region: MDKYDDLGLEASKFIEDLNMYEASKDGLFRVDKGAGNNPEFEETRRVFAT

外形

Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
