一般描述
Epidermal growth factor (EGF) module-containing mucin-like receptor 2 (EMR2) is also called as ADGRE2 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E2). It contains an N-terminal extracellular region that consists of five tandem EGF-like adhesion domains, an internal mucin-like stalk domain containing a short G-protein proteolytic site and a C-terminal seven-pass transmembrane domain. EMR2 is abundantly expressed in myeloid leukocytes and on the surface of lung mast cells. It is located on human chromosome 19p13.
Anti-EMR2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total EMR2 protein.
