产品说明

一般描述

CREBL1 (ATF6B) is a transcription factor that is involved in mediating ER stress responses. Variations in CREBL1 have been implicated in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Rabbit Anti-CREBL1 antibody recognizes canine, bovine, rat, mouse, human, and pig CREBL1.

免疫原

Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human CREBL1

应用

Rabbit Anti-CREBL1 antibody can be used for western blotting applications at a concentration of 1μg/ml.

生化/生理作用

CREBL1 bears sequence similarity with the Creb/ATF subfamily of the bZip superfamily of transcription factors. It localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. The gene localizes to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6.

序列

Synthetic peptide located within the following region: EIADPTRFFTDNLLSPEDWGLQNSTLYSGLDEVAEEQTQLFRCPEQDVPF

外形

Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
