ANTI-ARPC1A (C-TERM) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for flow cytometry (1:10-1:50), immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:100), indirect immunofluorescence (1:10-1:50) and western blot (1:250-1:500).
生化/生理作用
ARPC1A (actin related protein 2/3 complex, subunit 1A, 41kDa) encodes p41 subunit of the Arp2/3 protein complex. It is a vital regulator component of actin polymerization complex, named Arp2/3 complex. The complex interacts with the exocyst component Exo70 to regulate cell migration as well as the cytoskeleton and membrane trafficking during cell migration. During actin polymerization, it initiates actin assembly on the surface of the motile intracellular pathogen Listeria monocytogenes. Later, it nucleates and cross-links with actin filaments in vitro. Finally, it localizes with dynamic actin-rich spots of mammalian cells, suggesting a role in protrusion.

Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
