MultiScreen® plates are a reliable tool for advanced drug discovery and life science research. The MultiScreen HTS 96-well filtration plates are used to filter samples and perform entire procedures, from cell growth to scintillation counting within the same plate.
应用
MultiScreen® HTS GV Filter Plate, 0.22 μm, clear, sterile has been used:
- in high throughput solubility and redissolution screening for antibody purification via combined PEG and zinc chloride precipitation
- to filter Prochlorococcus cultures for hydrogen peroxide measurements
- to filter the extracted sample for spectrometry analysis

- The rigid sidewalls improve handling and ample surfaces are provided for bar code labels.
- The wells are individually sealed to prevent incubation crosstalk and the underdrain is removable for access to the filters.
