其他说明
仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。
- 首次曝光于X光胶片的时间应为5-15分钟。观察胶片结果，然后根据初始结果确定其他曝光时间。
- 无需预孵育步骤。
- 快速滴加底物以避免底物液滴的灰色阴影和膜干燥(导致不均匀，高背景)。
- 请勿使用保鲜膜覆盖印迹膜;使用杂交袋、醋酸纤维保护膜或两片透明薄膜。
- 曝光时间短于CSPD。
- 请勿使用硝酸纤维素膜。
