Zerumbone 是一种 TRAIL 诱导的细胞凋亡增强剂。它通过上调 DR4 和 DR5 的表达及下调 cFLIP 而加强 TRAIL 诱导的细胞凋亡。Zerumbone 对正常人内皮细胞和皮肤成纤维细胞几乎无细胞毒性作用。Zerumbone 是从姜属植物 Zingiber zerumbet Smith(野生姜)中分离得到的一种倍半萜烯。
