一般描述
Intercellular adhesion molecule 2 (ICAM2) is also known as CD antigen CD102, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and ICAM family. ICAM2 contains two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin α-L/β-2). ICAM2 / CD102 may play a role in lymphocyte recirculation by blocking LFA-1-dependent cell adhesion. It mediates adhesive interactions important for antigen-specific immune response; NK-cell mediated clearance, lymphocyte recirculation, and other cellular interactions important for immune response and surveillance.
外形
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization.
重悬
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH 7.4 to a concentration of 50 μg/mL. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8℃ for up to 1 month. For extended storage, it is recommended to store at -20℃.
