一般描述
来自金黄色葡萄球菌的蛋白A对于IgG分子的Fc区具有非常高的亲和力。将蛋白A固定在微珠上会形成一种亲和树脂，可用于从粗血清、腹水或细胞培养基中纯化IgG组分。
与含有经超声处理的鲑鱼精子DNA的琼脂糖通过烷基胺键共价结合的蛋白A。 鲑鱼精子DNA可封闭与染色质IP(ChIP)分析用微珠的非特异性相互作用。请注意ChIP试剂盒中的组分号16-157C不可单独订购，请购买16-157。
