Recognizes the ~65-68 kDa PKR protein phosphorylated at Thr451.
Note: 1 T = 1 test. Sufficient for 10 Western miniblots.
This PhosphoDetect Anti-PKR (pThr⁴⁵¹) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunohistochemistry for the detection of PKR (pThr⁴⁵¹).
Rabbit polyclonal antibody adsorbed against non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen phophorylation site, followed by immunoaffinity chromatography. Recognizes the ~65-68 kDa PKR protein phosphorylated at Thr451.
