制备说明
Dissolve 26 g of Tryptose Broth in 1000 ml of distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the media completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Mix well and dispense as desired.
