李斯特菌动力培养基是一种半固体培养基，由 ISO 委员会建议用于测试单核细胞增多性李斯特菌的动力性。
制备说明
Suspend 29.6 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Allow the medium to cool in an upright position.

The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
