应用
赖氨酸脱羧酶肉汤用于从肠杆菌科的 Bethesda Bellerup 菌群中区分亚利桑那沙门氏菌。
制备说明
取14克悬浮于1000 ml 蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾，完全溶解培养基。每份 5 ml，分装至带螺纹盖试管。在15 lbs 压力(121℃)下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。保持试管直立，冷却培养基。接种试管，并覆盖 2至3 ml无菌矿物油。
附注
我们现提供两种类型的培养基：GranuCult®优质颗粒状培养基和NutriSelect®高性价比粉末状培养基，满足用户不同层次的需求。
