HiCrome™ MeReSa 琼脂建议用于对临床分离株中的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA) 进行分离和选择性鉴定。
制备说明
Suspend 41.65 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50℃ and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of MRSA Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 51387). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
