Evonik Noblyst® P1093 5% Pd is a palladium on carbon catalyst. It has been shown to be effective in the following reactions:
- hydrogenation of alkenes and alkynes to alkanes
- hydrogenation of nitriles to amines and aldehydes
- hydrogenation of aryl and aliphatic nitro groups
- C-C coss coupling reactions
