一般描述
玉米粉琼脂推荐用于白色念珠菌的厚垣孢子生产和真菌母种的继代培养。
应用
玉米粉琼脂已用作疫霉菌选择性培养基组分，用于从草莓根颈中分离疫霉菌。
制备说明
取17g溶于1L蒸馏水中。煮沸至完全溶解。如有需要添加1%聚山梨醇80。121℃高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
附注
我们现提供两种类型的培养基：GranuCult®优质颗粒状培养基和NutriSelect®高性价比粉末状培养基，满足用户不同层次的需求。
