应用
用于培养和计数硫酸盐还原菌，如排硫杆菌。作为添加剂，需要 10g/L 硫代硫酸钠 (Fluka® 72049)。
制备说明
Suspend 2.32 g in 1 litre distilled water and add 10 g of sodium thiosulfate (Cat. No. 72049). Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
