应用
Vegitone 浸液肉汤与脑心浸液肉汤类似，区别在于使用植物蛋白胨替代了动物蛋白胨。其具有很高的营养价值，用于繁殖与血液培养相关的营养要求高的病原性球菌以及其他微生物，也可用于相关的病理学研究。在抗菌易感性试验中用于制备接种物。ISO 委员会在 ISO 6888:1983 规范中推荐用于金黄色葡萄球菌的增菌培养。
制备说明
Suspend 37 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Dispense into bottles or tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. For best results, the medium should be used on the day it is prepared, otherwise, it should be boiled or steamed for a few minutes and then cooled before use.
