应用
滤膜法月桂基硫酸盐肉汤用于通过膜过滤技术对水中大肠杆菌和大肠菌群计数，可代替滤滤膜法富集梯普尔肉汤。ISO 委员会在 ISO 9308-1:1990 规范中予以推荐。
制备说明
Suspend 76.2 g 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilise by steaming for 30 min. on three consecutive days or by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 min.

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
