营养明胶建议用于明胶液化微生物的测定，以及用于通过平板计数试验对水中的蛋白水解微生物进行计数。
制备说明
取128 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。煮沸至完全溶解。121℃高压灭菌15分钟。在分装前混合均匀，然后冷却至20℃以下，或放置在冰箱中。
