Fluoroshield封固剂是一种水性封固剂，用于保持组织和细胞涂片的荧光。这种独特的配方可防止FITC、Texas Red®、AMCA、 Cy®、Cy3™、Cy5、Alexa Fluor® 488、Alexa Fluor® 594、绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)、四甲基罗丹明、R-藻红蛋白(R-PE)、藻蓝蛋白(PC)和别藻蓝蛋白(APC)的快速光漂白效应。
应用
Fluoroshield™ 用于：
- 作为经培养的巨核细胞和免疫染色的血小板的固封剂，用于共聚焦显微镜研究
- 作为4′，6-二氨基-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)染色的心脏切片的固封剂，用于免疫荧光研究
- 保持C6细胞涂片的荧光
