产品介绍:

产品说明

免疫原

synthetic peptide (approximately 2.5 kDa, native) derived from the C-terminal region of the EDG-8/S1P5 receptor.

应用

Anti-S1P5, C-Terminal antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a working concentration of 5 to 10 μg/ml using RH7777 cells transfected with full length human EDG-8.

生化/生理作用

Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 5 (S1PR5) is a human gene which encodes a G protein-coupled receptor. It binds to lipid signaling molecule sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). S1PR5 regulates NK cell migration and distribution by interacting with sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P). In brain endothelial cells (ECs), it contributes to optimal barrier formation and maintains immune quiescence of the barrier endothelium. S1PR5 is localized in the centrosome of mammalian cells and may participate in regulating mitosis. It may function as an intracellular target of S1P linked to regulation of mitosis.

外形

Supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 0.08% sodium azide.
