一般描述

An inactive control for SN50 peptide (Cat. No. 481480). Corresponds to the SN50 peptide sequence with substitutions of Asn for Lys363 and Gly for Arg364 in the NLS region. In murine endothelial LE-II cells induced by LPS, this peptide had no measurable effect on NF-κB translocation at 18 µM.
