制备说明
Dissolve 23 g in 1 litre distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.0. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. For Bacillus strains the addition of 10 mg manganous sulfate monohydrate (Cat. No. 63555) is recommended for sporulation.

The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
