制备说明
将57 克悬浮于1升蒸馏水中。混合均匀，静置15分钟，直至所有颗粒被完全润湿。混合均匀，将均匀的悬浮液分装在试管中。在121℃高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
其他说明
用于培养和分离艰难梭菌。
