应用
葡萄糖溴甲酚紫琼脂用于肠杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌的分离和计数。ISO 委员会在 ISO 7402:1993 规范中推荐使用。
制备说明
Suspend 41.52 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling with gentle swirling to dissolve the agar completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Avoid overheating. Cool to 45-50℃ and pour into sterile petri plates.
