制备说明
取40 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。煮沸使其完全溶解。在121℃高压灭菌15分钟消毒。对于血琼脂，冷却至45-50℃，无菌加入6%的无菌去纤维蛋白血液。

分离粪便中的产气单胞杆菌属
