一般描述
BrettPhos Pd G1 是 Buchwald 第一代(G1)环钯配合物预催化剂，可用于交叉偶联反应，形成 C-C、C-N、C-O、C-F、C-CF3 和 C-S 键。G1 预催化剂中活性 Pd(0)物质的形成是很容易的，仅需用碱进行去质子化即可。即使在低至 -40℃ 的温度下，所得催化剂也是非常活泼的，并且可以用于各种交叉偶联实验方案。
