BrettPhos Pd G4是一种N-取代的2-氨基联苯钯甲烷磺酸酯预催化剂。它是第四代(G4)Buchwald预催化剂，与第三代(G3)预催化剂相似，只是联苯主链上的氨基被甲基化了。这种修饰可有助于防止使用第三代预催化剂的局限性。它具有空气、湿度和热稳定性并在常用有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性。BrettPhos Pd G4在交叉偶联反应中非常有用。它的一些出色特性包括更低的催化剂负载量、更短的反应时间、有效的催化活性物种形成以及对配体：钯比例的精确控制。
