Reagent-cartridge 9-OMe-Benzoxazepane is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of a methoxy-substituted benzoxazepane heterocycle from an aldehyde through the use of a SnAP reagent. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for transforming the chosen aldehyde into a methoxy-substituted benzoxazepane heterocycle.
Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Heterocycle: Methoxy-substituted benzoxazepane
Compatible substrates: aldehyde
Cartridge contents:

  • Immobilized SnAP reagent
  • Cu catalyst (Cu(OTF)2 and 2,6-lutidinium triflate)
  • SCX (for purification)
  • Silica (for purification)
