生化/生理作用
蟛蜞菊内酯通过阻断 IκBα 的磷酸化和降解抑制细胞内的 NF-κB- 介导的基因转录。IKKα 和 β激酶活性不可逆抑制剂(IC 50 <10βM)。蟛蜞菊内酯对 p38 MAP 激酶或 Akt 没有影响。
