1x MESA buffer contains:
- 40 mM MOPS
- 10 mM sodium acetate
- 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.3)
重悬
Dissolve entire contents of bottle in a final volume of 1L molecular biology grade water. This produces a 10x MESA stock solution that can be further diluted as needed.
