培养基

RPMI-1640 (with 2mM L-Glutamine + 25mM HEPES) + 10% FCS, Insulin 0.6 μg/ml, Hydrocortisone 1μg/ml, 1-Thioglycerol 10 μM

传代培养常规

Optimal split ratio 1:4-1:6 (seeding density 1.6 x 10⁴ cells/cm²). Cells incubated at 37℃ with 5% CO₂. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37℃ for 5 min. LIM2405 may take 2-3 days to seed after thawing or trypsinisation.
