一般描述
GranuCult® Nutrient Broth is designed as a basic medium to support the growth of fastidious and non-fastidious microbes in test samples.
The medium is supplemented with peptone and yeast extract contributing to the nitrogen requirements, vitamins and amino acids for the growth of microbes. Sodium Chloride maintains the osmotic balance glucose serves as the energy source.
