应用
Tripotassium citrate hydrate is used in food and beverage industries. It finds application as buffering, sequestering or emulsifying agent. It is also used as a potassium source in pharmaceuticals and an active ingredient to treat urinary duct stones. It is added to oral care products to reduce the teeth sensitivity.

Hygroscopic. Moisture sensitive. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
