描述 Description	此细胞株是C57/L小鼠中产生的BW7756小鼠肝癌细胞的衍生株。检测表明鼠痘病毒(ectromelia virus，ECTV)阴性。细胞质控结果： 1.支原体检测结果：每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。 2.STR鉴定结果： ①该株细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：1-1：14, 15, 16；1-2：13；2-1：14；3-2：10；4-2：18.3, 19.3；5-5：17；6-4：18, 19；6-7：15；7-1：25.2；8-1：15；11-2：16；12-1：17；13-1：17.2；15-3：17, 18, 19；17-2：14；18-3：16, 17；19-2：10, 11；X-1：25。 ②该细胞与ExPASy中Hepa 1-6细胞的STR数据匹配率为96.15%。 ③该株细胞确为小鼠细胞，没有人源细胞污染。
